Babycakes NYC has brought all of its yummy goodness to Downtown Disney in Florida!
The original bakery, located on New York’s Lower East Side, is famed for its vegan confections, and with Disney’s new commitment to offering healthier dining options, Babycakes was a natural choice to complement Pollo Campero and Fresh A-Peel, which opened concurrently with the bakery at the resort’s shopping center earlier this month.

I went there last week and I thought it was better than Starring Rolls. To me, Starring Rolls' cupcakes were all sugar. You could tell that the bakers at Babycakes were skilled and used good ingredients (and it's REALLY hard to bake with those types of flours, so they need to be). I met the manager and she was great.
