I think in the past WDW didn't always change the look of the mugs (especially when every resort had their own unique design). But the 2009 mugs pictured in this story are drastically different from the 2008 mugs. Guess Disney got wise to people bringing their cups back year after year?

I've seen this too...with no questioning. I think they just reserve the right to "discipline" you, which scares enough folks that the perps end up not costing them all that much.
