The entrances to each of the parks feature a land or area dedicate to creating a break from reality and further involve guests in the story they are taking part in. Between the lack of retail space and attractions, coupled with the steep incline guests must endure for the breathtaking view of the Tree of Life, there is not a single area in any park that is rushed through more often than the Animal Kingdom's Oasis.

Like everyone else, I rush through it on my way into the park (got to get in line for the rides, after all!), but I slow down to enjoy it on my way out of the park. So I don't think it goes to waste. It is the most beautiful entrance area to any of the parks.

Good point with the slowing down on the way out. We usually hit the park for morning EMH, so by the time we're done riding everything, everyone's RUSHING in :-)
