The new restaurant at the Italy pavilion at Epcot, Via Napoli, will begin taking reservations Aug. 6 for Sept. 10, the official opening day. A “Grand Opening” celebration will be Aug. 5, but the restaurant will be in a “soft opening” walk-in phase with no reservations between then and Sept. 10.

The Disney Food Blog is reporting that beginning on August 6th guests will be able to start making reservation’s for EPCOT’s new “Via Napoli” restaurant

Disney World’s newest restaurant, Via Napoli is scheduled to have a “soft opening” beginning today, August 2, 2010. The restaurant will be open to walk-up customers only through September 10th, 2010. Check out the full menu here!

Due to what appears to be a glitch in Disney’s Online Reservations System, guests have been able to make reservations 190 days out — even without a valid resort reservation number.
