Ariel’s Grotto at Magic Kingdom is scheduled to close Monday (April 12) and it sounds like the Little Mermaid will be unavailable in that park — except in the Disney Dreams Come True and Spectromagic parades — until about May 9, when she is expected to start greeting guests in her human form near the Adventureland Veranda.

There are going to be so many changes coming up involving Fantasyland, it's going to be a hard transition for guests who don't follow up with Disney news before their trips. I hope all of these changes continue to be reported on so hopefully families don't face dissapoinment when they visit the Magic Kingdom & suddenly something they loved isn't available any longer.
