What a cool bit of news! In addition to the World of Color Table-Service Dining Packages, Disneyland Resort has also released info on World of Color Picnic Meals!

(Part 2 of 2) The Disneyland Resort issued a press release yesterday detailing the new "World of Color" Road Show set to take place across four cities in California later this month. This is an exciting opportunity for Disney fans to experience the California Adventure show in a whole new way.

Since we like to explore all Disney dining options, and my family had already done the World of Color Premium Dining at Ariel’s Grotto, our next step was to check out the World of Color Picnic Meals.

As the Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Parks move into the slower fall season, adjustments to Park hours and show schedules are inevitable. These cut backs will effect the new World Of Color water and light show in the lagoon at Disney California Adventure Park. On Thursday, July 16, the Disneyland Resort opened a new exhibit in the blue Sky Cellar inside Disney’s California Adventure. The main focus is the eagerly anticipated World of Color nighttime spectacle, scheduled to open in the Summer of 2010.
