The Canal Boats of the World promised a ride on the “Boats of Holland, France, England, and America travel through canals which pass the fabulous sights of Fantasyland.” The reality, as former Cast Member Bob Penfield noted, was boats with unreliable outboard engines loudly moving slowly through canals that featured bare banks filled with weeds labeled with scientific names.

No one wants to wait in long lines while at the Disneyland Resort. That being said, there are a few things a family can do to make the most of their Disney days
