Roger Broggie was the first Walt Disney Imagineer. A mechanical genius who embodied the spirit of Disney Imagineering with his ability to blend creative imagination and technical knowledge, Broggie was a close friend of Walt Disney. He helped lay the groundwork for Disneyland and the other Disney parks that followed.

Roger Broggie Jr. was the son of Walt Disney's original Imagineer. As a young boy of 11 he began working for the man he called "Uncle Walt" when he, and his brother Michael, tended Disney's backyard railway the Carolwood Pacific.

For most of you a WDI Imagineer is somebody who creates a theme park - or at least attractions for Disney. Whether he is show designer, show producer, sculptor, model specialist, architect,etc... But what happens when a former Imagineer - decides to leave WDI? What do they create if its not an attraction?
