Last weekend, Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland,” had enormous results at the box office with 3-D shows increasing them further, but what did the original voice of Alice think about the film?

After already becoming the highest grossing animated film of all time and passing the impressive $400 million dollar mark domestically a few weeks ago, Disney/Pixar’s “Toy Story 3″ has now achieved yet another distinction. Today, Disney reports, “Toy Story 3″ will become the third Disney film to gross $1 billion, joining 2006’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” and this year’s remake of “Alice in Wonderland.”

The Odeon cinema chain has come to a deal with Disney to show Tim Burton’s Alice In Wonderland, as the director told Sky his film was intended for the big screen. Includes Video of Burton.

Some Dutch and U.K. cinema owners plan to boycott director Tim Burton’s latest film, “Alice in Wonderland,” after Walt Disney Co. proposed speeding up the movie’s DVD release.

Disney has struck a deal with UK cinema chain Cineworld to show Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland as planned, from March 5.

UK exhibitors usually require a guaranteed four-month theatrical run to book a film, but Alice will only screen for 12 weeks in the UK.

One of the more visually stunning pieces of Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland is the Oraculum. The artist behind the Oraculum is Dermot Powers. Tim Burton hired him in 2009 to do post-production work on the film. One of his tasks was designing the pages of the Oraculum, which are also being used as the BD Live menus on the Blu-ray copy of the film.
