The 15,000-square foot facility will include model rooms for Disney's Aulani Resort located on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Also included will be a supervised children's play area and multimedia presentations highlighting other destinations available within the Disney Vacation Club.

That building looks pretty cool, I am sure it will attract tourists but I am curious to know how the DVC concept & sales will go over?
