"Epic Fail" may be a tad dramatic cause there could be a lot of early "technical difficulties" now but it certainly doesn't sound like they are honoring those people who bought the Harry Potter packages in the right fashion. If I was a huge fan, had booked that package for Memorial weekend WAY in advance, gotten there & they only opened it for 2 hours I'd be WAYYYYYY angry!
