Businesses use Twitter in a very different way than individuals do. Besides socializing or posting links to relevant news articles, they use social networking sites to promote themselves by connecting with people - potential consumers - who will then want to use their product.

Walt Disney World cast members recently gave their time to help organize & distribute supplies to local children in need of back-to-school essentials.
