My daughter, Katie, is 9-years-old and has food allergies. She wrote this blog after watching Matt Hochberg’s video about the new approach Disney is taking to working with families with food allergies. So without further ado (I know, cliche) – Here’s Kate:

For those of us who have food allergies or have someone in our family with food allergies, we know that eating out can be a challenge and getting a dessert from a bakery or restaurant is almost impossible. But Disney does it again and makes that dream a reality with the addition of BabyCakes NYC in Downtown Disney. Now those with food allergies can enjoy a bakery cupcake and other delights!
