Pixar Settles Luxo Jr Dispute
Two months ago, Disney/Pixar decided to package a limited-edition "Luxo Jr" lamp with the Blu-ray version of "Up." The Norwegian lamp manufacturer Luxa AS wasn't happy that Disney got into the business of selling their lamps and filed a lawsuit against the studio for trademark infringement....
