Here is another character Milt Kahl didn't particularly enjoy animating, but as usual he pulled it off beautifully. There was criticism at the time as to why Madame Bonfamille in "The Aristocats" looked so realistic. This lady was eccentric enough to will her fortune to her house cats, so why not design her as a nutty old woman?

Though not strictly an animated film, Tron Legacy certainly has its roots in animation and contains some incredible CG visuals. Yay or Nay? Should our readers go see it? Those who’ve screened it should post their reviews below.

I was floored when I found this. Not only is Bageerah (the great Sebastian Cabot) narrating this little gem, it's chock full of great mid-century modern artwork, renderings and concepts. It's produced in that classic Walt Disney live-action educational film style of the 50s and 60s. To add to it, this little beauty was long-lost in the CalArts archives, recently discovered, and posted not too long ago.
