My Disney Blog: Mickey Mouse Club: The Annette Sound

OK, so I had always liked the Mickey Mouse Club, but it wasn't until recently buying Walt Disney Treasures: Annette that I knew what a special and amazing actress Annette Funicello is. The Annette serial was just plain awesome, and we watched the entire thing over two nights recently when we rented a cabin for a week.

Main Street Gazette: The most consistent high quality of production achievement

In the lobby of the All-Star Movies resort, there is a large collection of photographs detailing a good deal of the illustrious history between the Walt Disney Studios and the Academy Awards. Some of the most intriguing photographs in the collection in rare moments, as well as some well publicized ones, between Walt Disney and Oscar.

The Ryman Centennial: A Whole New Disney World | Progress City, U.S.A.

Herbert Ryman was working on Disneyland projects right up to the time of Walt’s death in 1966, doing quite a bit of artwork for both the New Orleans Square and New Tomorrowland expansions. It seems only natural, then, that Herb would begin work on Walt Disney World when development began on the new resort. Much of Walt’s attention before his passing was devoted not to the Magic Kingdom park, but rather to his city of the future – EPCOT.

Imaginerding: The Legend of the Three EPCOT Center books...

noticed that she had two of the three Walt Disney's EPCOT Center books by Richard Beard. It has long been an integral part of my Disney library and it is a title that every Disney enthusiast should own.
