Disneyland has the green light to use a solo cab company – at least for now.
The resort stated that they planned to work with Yellow Cab of Greater Orange County exclusively. Disney stated that there were reasons for the preference: the Yellow Cab fleet includes clean-burning vehicles.

Not your typical cowboy digs, a new 1,400-square-foot luxury suite – fashioned after “The Wildest Ride in the Wilderness,” Big Thunder Mountain – is soon to debut at the Disneyland Hotel. Located on the 11th floor of the “Dreams Tower,” the suite boasts breathtaking views, custom themed design, and luxurious amenities.

And it's an incredibly beautiful design to add to the list of Disney Hotels/Resorts (not as stunning as the DisneySEA Hotel MiraCosta, but amazing nonetheless). When Tokyo Disneyland opened back in 1983, all of the hotels were essentially owned by other companies and the Oriental Land Company was in a similar situation like Walt with the original Disneyland Hotel.
