Anyone who frequents Walt Disney World enough knows that the Magic Kingdom has a famous barbershop ensemble called the “Dapper Dans,” EPCOT has its patriotic “Voices of Liberty” & the plaid-laden group “Off Kilter,” and Disney’s Animal Kingdom has the colorful “Village Beatniks.”

Only a month and a few days until the Epcot Food & Wine Festival launches it’s 15th year in Disney World! The event is a panoply of celebrity chefs, famous vintners, experts on everything food and beverage, and more. This year, the Festival celebrates 15 Years of Delicious Discoveries from October 1-November 14, 2010.

...a personal vision of what the Orlando, FL theme park could/should look like in the future. It had been a small hobby since I was younger to doodle new designs while doing homework, spending a lazy day at home, or even while at the park itself. As I see it, Epcot is one of the most unique theme parks in the world that presently falls somewhat short of its original goals; goals that were lofty but inspiring.
