Disney/ABC’s Digital Media Team have launched a new app based on the Disney Channel series Fish Hooks

Disney announced the launch of the new Create on Disney.com (Disney.com/Create), a sleek, feature-rich site to develop original works of art. Guests can share their creations with friends and family online and now via mobile devices, including iPad and smart phones.
