We arrived at the Magic Kingdom for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party around 6:40, and immediately got in line for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Well, we thought Snow White would be there. Apparently, Grumpy had made some sexist remarks to Snow White about women, “not belonging in the ‘Dwarf Mine’,” and Snow White was a bit offended. So she never did show up.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to attend the D23 event Magic & Merriment that took place at Walt Disney World from December 10th until December 12th. I have had some requests to reflect upon my experiences at the event, so that will be the focus of this week’s “Foto Fridays” blog post.

The Holidays are undoubtedly one of the most magical times of the year at Walt Disney World. The festive sounds of the seasons, the snow falling over Main Street, and hot cocoa at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party. Least of all, the beautiful lights and decorations all around the parks and resorts.
