Most times to fill in the gap between Disney trips, I check out dozens of blogs and websites and read magazines like Celebrations. Now I can watch Chef Brian make my favorite meals, and then try them myself on A Taste of Disney. Check out his first four live videos. I can even smell the flavors while he's working.

Picky eaters (including myself) are often scared off by unfamiliar names or ingredients that aren’t found in the typical American diet, so I’m going to use a post to showcase some of these items, tell you what’s in them, and show you pictures. Sometimes a little familiarity is all it takes for these dishes to be worth a try the next time you’re at Boma!

The Endive Salad with Walnut Cream comes from World Showcase’s France. While not on any menu, the salad is featured in the cookbook perched near a window, and several loaves of delicious crusty bread, in the Boulangerie Patisserie.
