Few things are better than seeing that “Welcome to Walt Disney World” sign as you finally cross onto Disney property and even fewer things are better than going and looking back at a WDW Vacation, and we’re going to recap our entire trip from March for you guys to enjoy!

Every day thousands of people end their day in the Magic Kingdom with one of my favorite things – Wishes! This fireworks show started back in October of 2003 and has been melting the hearts of young kids and adults ever since. Sure, fireworks are always amazing, but when Disney puts their touch on it, with music from numerous classic movies, you know it’s going to be a show stopper.

With the return of fabulous, cooler, drier evenings to Central Florida, a story that Disney Food Blog first brought to us in July is getting new attention: the Tomorrowland Terrace Private Wishes Dessert party has been extended until December 29! Why am I speaking in exclamation points? Dessert! Party! Extended!

I have watched Wishes, the current fireworks show, probably close to 100 times. And I have teared up every one of those times because it is MAGICAL, people. I can see the fireworks from the hill I live on a few miles behind the Magic Kingdom, and I have been known to stop in the street to watch them, too. So, add another hundred times or so. And I bought a CD of the Wishes soundtrack and listen to it in my car.
