Every day thousands of people end their day in the Magic Kingdom with one of my favorite things – Wishes! This fireworks show started back in October of 2003 and has been melting the hearts of young kids and adults ever since. Sure, fireworks are always amazing, but when Disney puts their touch on it, with music from numerous classic movies, you know it’s going to be a show stopper.

I've never been able to understand how people can leave before the fireworks, light parades, or other special closing ceremonies. I mean, that would be like going out for ice cream and leaving with just a cone. Lumped into this same quandary, I also don't understand it when people "ride through" during these nightly festivities.

Walt Disney World fireworks: You don HAVE to watch em Theme Park Mom
I have watched Wishes, the current fireworks show, probably close to 100 times. And I have teared up every one of those times because it is MAGICAL, people. I can see the fireworks from the hill I live on a few miles behind the Magic Kingdom, and I have been known to stop in the street to watch them, too. So, add another hundred times or so. And I bought a CD of the Wishes soundtrack and listen to it in my car.
