With all of the buzz lately about the impending launch of Disney's World of Color, the new hydrotechnic show opening at Disney's California Adventure this year (among the ongoing expansion at DCA), I thought it would be fun to take a look at a moment captured in the park's prior set up from this view, which can no longer be seen.

Today’s video gives a unique look at the new, nighttime spectacular at Disney California Adventure park, “World of Color.” This is a VIP view that most of us will never have the chance to see. While you can get FASTPASS tickets for a ground view of “World of Color,” there’s no FASTPASS ticket that will get you access this high up.

Disneyland wants to share the magic of it’s new World of Color show with other cities. They’ve composed a 5 minute show on the theme of love and hit the road. For their first stop Disneyland brought a splash of the World of Color show to the San Francisco Palace of Legion of Honor. Disney animation and state of the art technology showcased the theme of “Love” in this first stop of the four city tour.

If you've seen Disney California Adventure's "World of Color" night time show, then you've more than likely have seen the many things you can buy to show all those that haven't seen it that you have.

We have some exciting news to share this holiday weekend. Starting tomorrow morning, Sunday, July 4, the Disney California Adventure park gate at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will open at 9:00 a.m. exclusively for Disneyland Resort Hotel guests so they can get in line for Disney’s FASTPASS tickets to each evening’s performances of “World of Color.”
