Kouzzina on the Boardwalk may seem a little strange for the Jersey shore, but the menu and the service and the atmosphere are wonderful and definately worth a visit. But not everyone will agree, and some of the reviews are included. But with links to other sites and some mouth-watering photos, I think you'll agree we should be there right now.

Evoking memories of the 1940 Disney animated feature length movie Fantasia, Mickey Mouse reprises his role as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice in the Disney Hollywood Studios nighttime extravaganza Fantasmic! Through a spectacular half-hour fireworks and water show, the Fantasmic! story combines the animated heroes, princesses and villains of many Disney movies projected on giant water mist screens along with live costumed performances.

Miyuki Sugimori is an unusal performer in that her art and skills are unique, and can only be presented by one person, Miyuki. From what I understand there are only 15 persons on earth officially trained in Amezaiku, the Japanese candy craft artistry; and she is the only woman. Miyuki presents her daily show several times each day at Epcot, in Japan on the World Showcase of Walt Disney World.

When you're hungry during the week, aren't you thinking about where you can stop to eat? But when you're over 1,000 miles away, you can only dream a little about the ribs at Flame Tree, the roast beef at Earl of Sandwich and a Dagwood-style burger at Pecos Bill. I do, don't you?

It’s not the newest, not the scariest and not the fastest attraction at Walt Disney World. But Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is the “wildest ride in the wilderness” and an experience to look forward to on every visit.

One of the hallmarks of a great restaurant is when the owners walk around and talk with the customers. This is but one of the impressive parts of a great Disney restaurant experience that is Le Cellier, Canada in Epcot. It was not just the Manager walking the room and talking with guests, but also the Chef. That shows a lot confidence in your menu.

Although some people might consider multiple visits to “It’s A Small World” something on par with water-boarding, I look forward to riding this attraction every chance I get. It is a reminder that without it, there may never have been a Walt Disney World in Florida for me and my family to enjoy these many times. And, here’s why.
