With the official kick-off to the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party only 11 days away, (September 4th people!), I decided to put together a little montage of the footage that I took last year. This is hands down the best party that the Magic Kingdom puts on! If you get a chance to make it to Walt Disney World for this event you will not be disappointed.

What ‘IS’ Vinylmation Jr?…and the Quest was on! Those sleuths ‘in the know’ found a series of seven puzzles online which had to do with “what Vinylmation Jr” was. These Disney Detectives tracked down the clues and solved the master puzzle which read… “Seek dude with VM Shirt @ West Side Bongo grass on 4/1 @ 13 and say Junior.” Can you guess who the dude was?

Last year, Walt Disney World’s flagship resort, the Grand Floridian, made some major renovations to the tile work throughout the resort’s lobby. Well, it looks like the imagineers are at it again, this time reimagining the carpet covering the resort’s grand stairway adjacent to the glass elevator.

Besides having an awesome concert/nightclub venue, House of Blues at Downtown Disney West Side also has an excellent eatery. Although this restaurant is not on the Disney Dining Plan…if you are an Annual Passholder you get a 20% discount before 4 pm and 10% afterward for yourself and up to 5 others.
