When the Boardwalk Resort’s Gingerbread Display was completed and revealed on November 22, 2010, pastry Chef Yoly Lazo was there to autograph the special limited edition pin released for the occasion.

Last Tuesday we took a look at the speciality apples made fresh in Germany’s newest store, Karamell-Küche. Today we’re continuing to look at this unique caramel shop and the other fresh treats made in house. All of the goodies that are available for purchase behind the counter are freshly made, right in front of you, inside the shop. Includes photos and video inside the shop.

Back in November we told you the story about the hidden cat in the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. We were able to find this year’s cat as well, but wanted to wait until closer to Christmas to tell you where it is, so that we didn’t ruin the fun of the hunt! Now that Christmas is only three days away, time is running out for you to find it.

So many times in the parks you’ll come across a Cast Member that can make your trip even more special. Now when you visit the parks you may meet a Cast Member doing more than they appear to be. Be on the lookout for these very talented folks who have the ability to draw some of our favorite characters simply with water and a broom.

Inside Epcot’s Japan pavilion is the Mitsukoshi Department Store where you will find a variety of items such as anything Hello Kitty to Japanese Swords. Here guests can also choose their own oyster to discover and keep the pearl that lies within. Take a photo and video tour of the experience.

Back in November 2010, Disney Hollywood Studios reopened the attraction One Man’s Dream and the Disney nerd inside all of us got very excited. Part of the refurbishment included the addition of the Audio-Animatronic, Abraham Lincoln.
