When Disney first announced its plan to create a projection show for Cinderella Castle, many people, including myself, were very skeptical of what the outcome would be. Who wanted to see the castle turned into a giant slideshow full of photographs of people we don’t even know? When the show debuted on January 18, 2011 to a media filled crowd, it was broadcast by many of the attendees live, and we were watching.

The Citizens of Hollywood help guests feel as though they are a part of Hollywood inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Throughout the day you can find various characters wandering up and down Hollywood and Sunset. Don’t be afraid to engage in conversation with them. They are highly entertaining! Today we’re looking at some of the lovely ladies trying to make it in Hollywood.

Recently The Seas at Epcot said goodbye to one friend and welcomed another. Jasper, one of the rescued manatees that was cared for and able to return to the wild, was released back in February, almost one year after his rescue brought him to Epcot. His release opened up a new spot for another rescued manatee, Vail.

As all Disney fans know, Star Wars Weekends kicked off last weekend with the grand re-opening of Star Tours. So today for our Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ Wednesday we’re heading to Tatooine Traders to take a look at the options young Jedis have for their choice of lightsaber.

When it comes to Disney, change is inevitable, whether it be good or bad. One recent change took place in the queue for the Haunted Mansion. The interactive queue idea has taken off and now guests wind their way up towards the mansion, passing by graves, crypts, and more, that have a little extra touch. Today we’re taking you on a photo tour through the queue.

Nestled in the shade of the tree covered path as you exit Asia and head towards Africa is a beautiful show, experience it could be called, Flights of Wonder. This sometimes overlooked attraction is performed several times each day and as I have now learned, is worth catching.

Over the past couple of weeks we’ve taken you on a tour of the films available for viewing inside Epcot and we’ve tied in some great food choices to go with them as well. Today we’re wrapping up the film festival with stops in China and Norway.

Ice cream related options range from speciality sundaes, to single scoops, to shakes and floats. There are also brownies and cookies, as well as chocolate related drinks and espressos.
